What would you think if I told you that it might take a few tries to achieve your goal? I hope that you would say that you’d step up and go for it anyway. The great thing to know about succeeding through repetition is that success will come, but you may have to go through some iterations to hit the target you are aiming for.
Grit, Grind, and Determination
Thomas Edison said, “I have not failed. I just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.” It takes a lot of courage to look at your unfinished vision and decide not to quit, primarily because you’ve worked so hard at it. And though no one wants to sign up to lose before winning, it tends to happen this way without our permission. But when you think about it, you are not really losing – you are learning. And what you learn becomes valuable assets that inspire you to ‘try again.
Do-overs
Believing it’s possible is part of the process. You can pave the way forward through the grind of repetition and turn unexpected outcomes into desired results.
Reaching Your Goal
Before attempting your next try, reflect on the lessons that you learned and look for the necessary adjustments that you to make. When you are ready, use all of the valuable lessons that you learned, and then ‘try it again with the tweak’ repeatedly until you reach your goal.
