Episode 4: The Elephant in the Room

There are big, obvious, high stakes conversations that go “unhad” for a bunch of reasons.  But let’s face it!  Some of these conversations need to be had.  In this episode we build the nerve to clear our throats and start talking… Both to hear and be heard until a resolution is reached.  Plus we discuss time management and lean thinking.  Two skillsets that scale up our focus and productivity.
